The stage between where you are and where you want to be

The in-between is the period when you are moving from one stage of life to another but have not figured everything out yet. Finishing university. Looking for direction after graduating. Discovering your skills. Starting something new. Becoming is a process, and you do not need to have it all figured out to deserve support, access or a place to belong.

Mission

To appreciate and support people through their journey of becoming by building a community that connects them to people, strategies, resources and opportunities that help them move forward.

Vision

To create a space where people embrace, experience and live fully in their IN-BETWEEN with support, appreciation and purpose, recognising every stage of becoming as a journey worth living.

Ambition isn't the problem. Access often is.

Many people have goals and ability but are missing one or more of these:

  • Clear direction on what to do next
  • Reliable information about relevant opportunities
  • Practical learning and useful resources
  • People who understand the stage you're in
  • Useful professional and peer connections
  • Support to act on your plans

Information alone rarely moves people forward. Context, relationships and follow-through do.

Our approach

  1. Connect

Build meaningful relationships and a supportive community.

  2. Discover

Find relevant resources, learning experiences and opportunities.

  3. Grow

Develop skills, perspective, confidence and direction.

  4. Take the next step

Turn information and reflection into practical action.

Is this for you?

  • You're finishing school or university and unsure of the next step.
  • You're looking for opportunities but can't tell which are relevant.
  • You want to build a skill but don't know where to begin.
  • You're starting a career or project without a supportive network.
  • You're changing direction and figuring out what comes next.
  • You have goals but struggle to turn them into practical steps.

You don't need a complete plan. You need to be willing to learn, take part and take practical steps.
